In June and September, the Cottage can be rented for a minimum period of 4 nights :1200€ / 4 nights and 300€ each additional night.
Please consult the rental conditions concerning your arriving and departure time.
Price : 180€ / night with a minimum stay of 3 nights from the 1st of May until the 15th of September.
Other dates: Minimum stay is two nights.
A 10% price reduction will be applied to all reservations of 7+ nights.
Room rates include all bedding and bathroom / pool towels. Cleaning costs also included in room rates.

A holding deposit of 30% is required on reservation. We accept Credit Cards, bank transfer, cheques and cash.
If the reservation is cancelled within the last 30 days prior to occupancy the holding deposit will be forfeited, (60 days between the15th of June and the15th of September).
If the reservation is cancelled in the last 7 days the deposit will be forfeited and the remaining sum due will be payable. Likewise if you decide to shorten your stay with us payment in full would be required.
We will always do our best to minimise the cost of a last minute cancellations by attempting to re-let the room /rooms in question.
Cottage Guests are required to to pay a guarantee of 500€ which would be held and debited only in case of damage to the Cottage.
Baby Cot and High Chair are available at the Domaine.
In respect to our guests the property is completely non-smoking.
Our property opens down to the river and as such the presence of domestic animals is not suggested.
