Outside of High Season the Cottage can be rented for a minimum period of 4 nights: 860/4 nights and 200€ each additional night.
150€ per day with a three night minimum booking.
A 10% price reduction will be applied to all reservations of 7+ nights.
Room rates include all bedding and bathroom / pool towels. Cleaning costs also included in room rates.

High Season, 2 nights Minimum reservation.
The above prices include :
A holding deposit of 30% is required on reservation. We accept Credit Cards, bank transfer, cheques and cash.
If the reservation is cancelled within the last 30 days prior to occupancy the holding deposit will be forfeited.
If the reservation is cancelled in the last 7 days the deposit will be forfeited and the remaining sum due will be payable. Likewise if you decide to shorten your stay with us payment in full would be required.
We will always do our best to minimise the cost of a last minute cancellations by attempting to re-let the room /rooms in question.
Cottage Guests are required to to pay a guarantee of 500€ which would be held and debited only in case of damage to the Cottage.
Baby Cot and High Chair are available at the Domaine.
In respect to our guests the property is completely non-smoking.
Our property opens down to the river and as such the presence of domestic animals is not suggested.
