Please consult the specific rental conditions for the cottage (advance payment, cancellation and check-in/ check-out times).
Price : 190 € / night with a minimum stay of 3 nights from the 1st of May until the 15th of September.
Other dates: Minimum stay is two nights.
A 10% price reduction will be applied to all reservations of 7+ nights.
Room rates include all bedding and bathroom / pool towels. Cleaning costs also included in room rates.

1 night minimum stay From October until March
2 nights minimum reservation from the 1st of April until 30th of September.

Checkin between 4pm and 8 pm
Outside this period, please contact us.
No arrival possible after 11pm

A holding deposit of 30% is required when reserving. We accept Credit Cards, bank transfer, cheques and cash.
For the Cottage, the rental balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
If the reservation is cancelled within the last 30 days prior to occupancy the holding deposit will be forfeited, (60 days between the15th of June and the15th of September).
If the reservation is cancelled in the last 7 days the deposit will be forfeited and the remaining sum due will be payable. Likewise if you decide to shorten your stay with us payment in full would be required.
For the cottage, non refundable full payment is required 30 days before arrival
We will always do our best to minimise the cost of a last minute cancellations by attempting to re-let the room /rooms in question.
Cottage Guests are required to to pay a guarantee of 1000€ which would be held and debited only in case of damage to the Cottage.
In respect to our guests the property is completely non-smoking.
Our property provides direct access to the river and therefore, the presence of domestic animals is not recommended.
